Redo the page to enter events
It's complicated and messy and sometimes doesn't fit across the browser.
7 votesWill definitely be doing this. Main thing holding it up is that the work is quite dull! :-)

Produce a mobile version of the site
Produce a version of the site that renders simply on a mobile phone and, ideally, finds the events nearest to you.
5 votesWork has started on this. The test site is at http://www.hampshireherald.co.uk/mobileflock/

Let people click to show a full-page printable map for by-elections
One click to show a page covering the ward and its boundaries in Google Maps. This would make it easy for people to print by-election ward maps.

Send out HTML emails
Send out a nice simple HTML email with the latest upcoming events.

This needs some careful planning. Twitter doesn’t currently do events – and Flock Together’s use of the Twitter API is already pretty sophisticated.
But permanent links to events on Facebook and ALDC would make a lot of sense – as would the ability to import and link to events on Facebook.
It may also make sense to look at Facebook and Twitter-enabled logging in, although that also is quite complex and I would need to be sure that the effort delivered sufficient benefit.
Net: needs more thought.

Flock together APP
As a campaign tool it would be better to make this site now into a App for Iphone etc

Geocode Lib Dem blogs and Twitter accounts so I can see what's happening near me
This would mean plotting blogs and events on the map - and letting you follow the ones nearest to you - (and would probably require some conversation with the libdemblogs people).
2 votesNo plans until someone other than me shows interest!

Change the tweets
Change the tweets generated when an event is added so they don't start @twittername - which reduces who sees them
2 votesAlready does this for most events. Will need to find a solution for meetings with really really long titles (like your recent one). :-)

Registering is broken (Unknown column 'WantEmail')
Tried to link my LibDem account into a new flocktogether account, and the submit form broke, giving me this message:
http://www.flocktogether.org.uk/registerUserTest.php?editUser=GeorgeLund
Unknown column 'WantEmail' in 'field list'

Good idea. May try and make it a bit prettier at the same time.

Add more help?
Sadly we've had to cancel a social meeting but I can't see how to do this here. For now I've added a comment. I'm not a constant user of flocktogether so perhaps the info is here, but just not immediately obvious to me.

Make it easier for me to de-register? I am fed up with going round and round in circles. tony luckhurst.

redesign your web page ...
The layout of your web page is v clunky, and some of the left hand side is missing. It also seems to be extremely slow to load.

Let people add a hashtag for an event
As an example, #ldconf is normally used for Lib Dem Conference tweets. Allowing hashtags would allow event pages to show live feeds as well!

fix the display
I can't see half the site because it's off to the left of the window ... so I can't change my preferences etc.
